Missile Hit VFX Test
Missile hitting an armored vehicle done in Unity particle system (non-vfx graph).
The entire effect was created using 1 smoke sprite atlas and 1 noise texture for the smoke and initial explosion.
The noise texture was used in a custom shader graph material with 2 fresnel effect to create organic random bright explosion shapes. Another custom shader graph material and an additional texture was created for the vehicle that animated the burnt marks and glowing embers. Lastly, a burnt mark texture was used for the ground burnt mark decal.
